This will offer you phone support to quickly assist and test all points of your system. If the system has been designed for online remote support, our engineer will then follow your agreed method to remote into your system.
10 hour block = will be counted down by hours, each call time will be measured to the nearest hour, if you’re on a call for 38 minutes this will be counted as 1 hour or if your on the phone for 1 hour 22 minutes this will count as 2 hours.
use this time wisely it can be booked in for when you have access to the System or area with the issue.
